This Burial Information Sheet can be used to provide Joshua Creek Cemetery with the information on the placement of a new burial. By emailing this information to us, we will be able to keep the cemetery website as up to date as possible. Joshua Creek Cemetery can't update the ownership records when the lot owner is deceased,  unless you can provide us with proof of legal ownership. 

NOTE : In order for the cemetery to to stay up to date with their records, we need to be notified if you sell or deed your lots or spaces that you purchased.  By notifying us, we can update the records of ownership and prevent any confusion in the future.

We highly recommend that you record your deed(s) in the DeSoto County Public Records (Clerk of Circuit Court).
